Job summary

Infinity Learn is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support end-to-end hiring for Coding & Robotics Faculty roles across India. This internship offers hands‑on experience in EdTech recruitment, sourcing, and stakeholder coordination.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain trackers, assist in offers, and gain mentorship from the TA leadership team during a 2‑month, on-site internship with a stipend as per company norms.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-ups.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus.
• Interest in EdTech, coding, or STEM education is an advantage.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for Coding & Robotics Faculty positions across multiple locations in India.
• Post job openings on job boards, social media, and internal career pages.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit (subject expertise, communication, teaching aptitude).
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring panels.
• Maintain and update candidate trackers/ATS with accurate, real-time status.
• Follow up with candidates through the hiring pipeline to ensure a smooth experience.
• Assist in offer rollout coordination and documentation.
• Support employer branding initiatives related to faculty hiring.
• Generate weekly hiring status reports for the TA team.
