Final year MBA/PGDM students (HR/Business/Psychology) will participate in sourcing, scheduling, and TA transformation projects, mentored by experienced TA professionals. This role offers practical experience and the opportunity to influence hiring outcomes in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Final Year Postgraduates (Master’s): MBA/PGDM (HR, Business, Psychology)
• Practical experience in end-to-end recruitment operations

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates
• Support TA transformation projects—tools, processes, and data-driven hiring
• Learn to measure TA performance with real metrics and outcomes
