Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in India is seeking a senior recruitment professional to shape our workforce across GSC centers, with a focus on international talent and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Your presence in Mumbai will drive strategic sourcing and end-to-end hiring for global roles.

This role requires strong interviewing, stakeholder management, and ATS/process compliance to support hiring across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of recruitment experience
• Global recruitment experience, ideally in logistics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience across GSC centers and international hiring
• Certification CIR, CSSR, CSMR preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers across the GSC centers to understand talent needs and align requirements.
• Leverage sourcing techniques via LinkedIn, job boards, networks to identify candidates globally.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage applicant tracking, ensure accurate records and policy compliance.
• Provide guidance and training to hiring managers through the recruitment process.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers across the GSC centers to understand and align talent needs, ensuring a deep understanding of position requirements, target audience and timelines.
• Employ innovative and strategic sourcing techniques, leveraging a variety of channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and international recruitment platforms to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Drive the candidate journey by managing applicant tracking, maintaining accurate candidate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Provide expert guidance, training, and support to hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing your knowledge and expertise in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience 7+ years.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in Global recruitment, preferably within the logistics industry, with a focus on hiring across the GSC centers.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, team members and stakeholders across diverse cultural backgrounds to foster collaborative relationships.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies that attract top talent.
• Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media, and online networking platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• CIR, CSSR, CSMR certifications are preferred.
