Job summary

SBI General Insurance is looking for a Talent Acquisition professional in Mumbai (BKC) to source and headhunt sales profiles across Agency, Health Agency, and Bancassurance channels. This is a full-time role with SBI General Insurance.

You will conduct salary negotiations, manage onboarding, and maintain recruitment databases and trackers to ensure hiring targets are met.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate with strong command over Excel and recruitment targets.
