Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on US IT staffing to manage end-to-end recruitment for US clients from Hyderabad.

You will source candidates using LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed and internal databases, assess visas (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, OPT, CPT) and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. The role requires 2+ years of US IT staffing experience, strong communication, and the ability to work the US night shift from Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing or US technical recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US work authorization and visa processes, especially H1B.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to work in US night shift in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Specialist US IT Staffing

Location: Hyderabad - KPHB
Experience:2+ Years
Shift: US Night Shift, 6:30PM - 3:30AM, 5 Days WFO
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, job portals, and internal databases.
• Work on H1B, H1B Transfer, GC, USC, EAD, OPT, CPT and other work authorization categories.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable technical candidates.
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate rates/salary and coordinate with candidates through the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Follow up with candidates and ensure timely submissions.

Required Skills
