Job summary

Integrated Personnel Services is seeking a Recruitment Specialist in Goregaon East, Mumbai. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, source candidates through portals, and coordinate interviews with clients to achieve timely hires.

You will screen resumes, conduct initial HR/technical interviews, negotiate offers, onboard new hires, and maintain the candidate database, tracking hiring metrics in a fast-paced environment.
