Job summary

Integrated Personnel Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive for a WFO role in Goregoan, Mumbai. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions across mid to leadership levels, and source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, portals, and references.

You will screen and evaluate candidates, perform market mapping for niche roles, build a robust pipeline, and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates. Early joiners preferred; joining would be on-site in Mumbai.

Job Role - Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across mid, senior, and leadership levels.
• Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and key candidate competencies.
• Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, references, networking, and headhunting.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on experience, skills, stability, compensation, and role fit.
• Perform market mapping and talent research for specialized and niche roles.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across different industries and functions.
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication between clients and candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview, offer, and joining process.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates, clients, and industry professionals.
• Work on multiple positions across industries such as Renewable Energy, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, BFSI, FMCG, Oil & Gas, and other Non-IT sectors.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and regular status updates.
• Meet individual and team hiring targets while ensuring quality candidate submissions.
