Job summary

You will source candidates on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, coordinate interviews, manage offers, onboarding, and maintain hiring metrics to ensure a superb candidate experience and strengthen employer branding.

Qualifications

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for various functions and levels.
• Source candidates using platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate database and track hiring metrics.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Manage offer roll-out, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
