Job summary

Parag Milk Foods Ltd. is seeking a talented graphic designer to conceptualize and produce designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, presentations, brochures, posters, banners, and other marketing collateral.

You will ensure designs align with brand guidelines, collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Sales to translate briefs into impactful creative concepts, and deliver high-quality artwork for both digital publishing and print on tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience creating designs for social media and digital marketing.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and translate concepts into visual designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create creative designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, presentations, brochures, posters, banners, and other marketing collateral.
• Develop designs that are aligned with brand guidelines, visual identity, and communication objectives.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Brand, Sales, and other teams to understand briefs and translate them into impactful creative concepts.
• Create and adapt artwork for different platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Work on typography, layouts, colour schemes, illustrations, image editing, and other visual elements.
• Make design revisions based on stakeholder feedback and deliver final artwork within timelines.
• Prepare high-quality files for both digital publishing and print production.
• Stay updated with current design trends, creative formats, and emerging design technologies.
• Maintain organized design files, templates, and brand assets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating designs for social media and digital marketing.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and convert concepts into compelling visual designs.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of Figma, Canva, After Effects or Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of AI-assisted design tools is preferred.
