The role requires maintaining an IR database, monitoring market trends, ensuring SEBI disclosures, and supporting senior management with briefings for calls and annual reports.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of quarterly and annual financial results, investor presentations, earnings releases and management communication.
• Prepare and maintain investor presentations, corporate fact sheets, FAQs, financial highlights and other IR materials.
• Coordinate investor meetings, analyst interactions, conferences, roadshows and investor days.
• Monitor shareholding patterns, investor activity, analyst reports, consensus estimates and peer performance.
• Conduct research on capital-market trends, industry developments, competitors and investor sentiment.
• Develop and maintain an investor and analyst database, including tracking interactions and feedback.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Secretarial, Corporate Communications and senior management for timely and accurate disclosures.
• Support preparation of Annual Reports, regulatory disclosures and other shareholder communications.
• Monitor the company's Investor Relations section of the website and ensure information is current and accurate.
• Prepare MIS and analytical reports for senior management and the Board.
• Track key financial and operating KPIs and provide insights to management.
• Assist senior management in preparing for investor/analyst calls, including Q&A preparation and briefing documents.
• Maintain awareness of SEBI, stock-exchange and other applicable disclosure requirements.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with institutional investors, equity analysts, brokers and other capital-market participants.
