Job summary

House of EdTech (Goenka Kachave LLP) in Pune, Baner, seeks a Talent Acquisition Executive for full-time work from office. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates, and coordinate interviews across roles, with a focus on sales positions such as Business Development Associates.

Requirements include 1–2 years in TA/HR operations, familiarity with ATS platforms, and strong English communication. Laptop mandatory; six-day work week with Thursday WFH and Sunday off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR operations.
• Prior experience hiring sales roles is a plus.
• Proficient with ATS platforms and job portals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial HR evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth scheduling with hiring managers.
• Maintain strong follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and strengthen employer branding.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and hiring progress in ATS/trackers.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing HR team. Your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing high-quality candidates across various roles, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, especially for sales roles like Business Development Associates, as well as other positions within the organization.

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
