Job summary

Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited is hiring a Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles across departments. You will source candidates through portals, referrals, and internal databases, screen profiles, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

You will collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs, track candidates using ATS, and ensure timely offers, documentation, joining formalities, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Exposure to healthcare, hospital, diagnostics, or service industry hiring preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn job boards.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
• Basic understanding of employment documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with department heads and business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Apna job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and internal databases.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Track and manage candidates using ATS / recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely offer rollout, documentation, and joining coordination.
• Maintain recruitment data, MIS, and hiring reports.
• Support bulk hiring and lateral hiring requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring guidelines.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience.
