Job summary

R1 RCM is seeking a contract-based recruitment professional to manage sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding for healthcare hiring in Noida. The role covers outreach across job boards, social networks and internal sites, plus interviews and stakeholder feedback collection.

The candidate should have experience in healthcare hiring, end-to-end recruitment, and a solid understanding of US healthcare processes. This is a work-from-office opportunity in Noida with contract duration.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Outreach: Find candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks like LinkedIn, employee referrals and through the internal career site.
• Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to check it is good fit for the team and process.
• Coordination: Schedule interviews and gather feedback from hiring managers.
• Offers & Onboarding: Discuss compensation, extend job offers, and assist with new-hire orientation.
