Focus on employer branding, process optimization, and candidate experience. The role requires 8+ years in recruitment with leadership experience, healthcare industry exposure, and hands-on ATS/LinkedIn proficiency.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in healthcare/health-tech organizations.
• Experience hiring for IT and non-technical roles across corporate, business, and operations.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership experience.
• Hands-on with ATS platforms, LinkedIn and modern sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function and drive the organization’s hiring strategy across clinical and non-clinical roles.The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, develop effective sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, lead the recruitment team, and collaborate with business leaders to meet workforce requirements. The role will also focus on enhancing employer branding, optimizing recruitment processes, leveraging technology, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent and strengthen the organization's market presence.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and source effectiveness, and provide regular hiring reports to leadership.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to improve hiring efficiency and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and hiring best practices to support organizational growth.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Prior experience working in a healthcare, health-tech, or healthcare technology organization.
• Experience hiring for technology/IT roles as well as non-technical roles across corporate, business, and operational functions.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
