Job summary

IDigitalPreneur in Dwarka, Delhi is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive for a full-time on-site role. You will manage end-to-end hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection for diverse roles within the company.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dwarka. This role involves managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection for diverse roles within the company. The Talent Acquisition Executive will collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. Daily responsibilities include maintaining recruitment pipelines, conducting telephonic and in-person interviews, updating candidate records, and supporting employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent. The role also includes partnering with leadership to refine recruitment strategies aligned with IDigitalPreneur’s growth in the EdTech and digital entrepreneurship space.
