Job summary

Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT) in Bengaluru is seeking a recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from intake meetings to onboarding. You will design sourcing strategies across portals, social networks, referrals, and direct outreach to build a diverse talent pipeline and ensure a transparent, respectful candidate experience.

You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to forecast staffing needs and continuously improve recruitment processes, driving efficiency and quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience executing end-to-end recruitment, from intake meetings to onboarding.
• Experience building diverse pipelines using portals, social networks and referrals.
• Strong communication and candidate experience management.
