Job summary

Arctic Engines, part of the Apna Group, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate to own end-to-end hiring across the company. This role builds and runs hiring pipelines across whatever roles the business needs at any given time, while also handling candidate communication, screening, and coordination.

Based in Bengaluru, you will work from office (Domlur) six days a week with one WFH day, 2–4 years of experience, and a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years recruitment experience or freshers with potential.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English (Hindi preferred).
• Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate; 6 days/week office role.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage hiring pipelines across multiple concurrent roles.
• Source and screen candidates via forms, referrals, and job boards.
• Draft and send candidate communications (outreach, screening, offers, rejections).
• Coordinate interviews and assessments with internal stakeholders.
• Track pipeline status and maintain hiring trackers.
• Support onboarding coordination for new hires.
• Take on ad hoc ops and GTM tasks as needed; role is dynamic.

The role

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate to own end-to-end hiring across the company. This is a high-ownership, high-variety role, not a narrow recruiting function. You'll be building and running hiring pipelines across whatever roles the business needs at any given time, while also handling candidate communication, screening, and coordination.
