Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Gurugram, Haryana, India is seeking a Recruiter to manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced BPO environment. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating assessments for multiple openings across levels.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to streamline the interview process and ensure a smooth candidate experience. You will also handle documentation, salary negotiations, and offers, while maintaining timely communication and ATS data integrity.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in BPO recruitment with a focus on volume hiring.
• Experience of handling junior-to-mid level positions.
• Ability to source, screen, and interview candidates for multiple roles.
• Familiarity with various recruitment tools, job boards and social media platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously under the assigned timelines.
• Experience using ATS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the documentation, Salary negotiation and offer process.
