Job summary

ECL Finance Limited is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end‑to‑end hiring for NBFC functions. You will partner with hiring managers to deliver quality talent within timelines, ensuring compliance and strong candidate experience.

Initial focus will be on bulk and lateral hiring in BFSI domains, with emphasis on sourcing through portals, referrals and vendors. Strong communication and data-driven hiring are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
• Experience in NBFC, BFSI, or Financial Services recruitment preferred.
• Familiarity with bulk and lateral hiring models.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and timelines.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, vendors, and direct sourcing.
• Maintain recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics.
• Ensure hiring process adherence, documentation, and compliance as per NBFC guidelines.

About the Role

The individual will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end hiring for NBFC business functions, partnering with hiring managers to deliver quality talent within defined timelines while ensuring compliance, strong candidate experience, and alignment with business needs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
• Experience in NBFC, BFSI, or Financial Services recruitment preferred
• Familiarity with bulk and lateral hiring models

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.

• Understanding of sales, collections, credit, and operations hiring
• Vendor management and hiring drive coordination
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to meet aggressive TATs and hiring targets
• Good working knowledge of ATS, job portals, and Excel/MIS
