Manage end-to-end recruitment for middle and senior-level positions across the organization.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and resourceful Recruiter to join our Corporate HR team at our Head Office in Bangalore. This role is ideal for HR professionals who are passionate about executive hiring, talent mapping, and strategic recruitment within the lending industry.

The incumbent will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring senior-level talent across business, credit, risk, collections, operations, and support functions. The role demands strong expertise in self-sourcing, talent hunting, market mapping, and executive search, with a strong preference for candidates having experience in NBFCs and lending businesses, particularly MSME Secured Loans.

In addition to talent acquisition, the role will support candidate onboarding, stakeholder management, and employee engagement activities to ensure a seamless hiring experience from identification through successful joining.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Executive Hiring

Manage end-to-end recruitment for middle and senior-level positions across the organization.
Drive hiring across business functions including Sales, Credit, Risk, Collections, Operations, Product, Audit, and Support Functions.
Conduct extensive market research, talent mapping, and competitor benchmarking to identify high-quality talent.
Build robust candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, social media platforms, and professional databases.
Proactively headhunt passive candidates for critical and leadership roles.

Self-Sourcing & Talent Mapping

Independently source candidates without reliance on recruitment agencies or manpower vendors.
Develop strong sourcing strategies to identify niche and high-performing professionals from the NBFC, Banking, Fintech, and Lending ecosystem.
Maintain an active talent pool for current and future hiring requirements.
Drive innovative sourcing initiatives to improve hiring quality and turnaround time.

Stakeholder Management

Partner closely with CXOs, Functional Heads, and Business Leaders to understand talent requirements.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, market intelligence, and talent availability.
Influence hiring decisions through data-driven candidate assessments and market insights.
Act as a trusted talent advisor to business stakeholders.

Candidate Experience & Onboarding

Coordinate the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer rollout and joining.
Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
Maintain continuous engagement with candidates during notice periods to improve joining conversion.
Work closely with HR Operations and business leaders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Employee Relations & HR Support

Support new hires during their transition into the organization.
Assist in employee engagement and employee relations initiatives as required.
Collaborate with the broader HR team to enhance candidate and employee experience.

Recruitment Governance & Analytics

Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, sourcing effectiveness, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.
Maintain accurate recruitment databases and hiring dashboards.
Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and organizational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements

Graduate or Post Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
3-8 years of recruitment experience in an NBFC, Bank, HFC, Fintech, or Lending organization.
Demonstrated experience in hiring middle and senior-level talent within lending businesses.
Proven expertise in direct sourcing, executive search, market mapping, and headhunting.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Preferred Experience

Prior hiring experience in MSME Secured Loans, LAP, Business Loans, Affordable Housing Finance, or other secured lending businesses.
Experience hiring for regional, zonal, national, and leadership-level roles.
Strong professional network within the Banking, NBFC, and Financial Services ecosystem.

Travel Requirement

This is a Head Office-based role in Bangalore.
Minimal to no travel is required.
The role is primarily focused on corporate talent acquisition and stakeholder engagement from the Head Office.
