Urban Company in Gurgaon is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to source candidates, screen for fit, and partner with hiring managers to drive end-to-end recruitment. You will own the candidate journey from outreach to onboarding, building a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.

The role requires 0–4 years of experience in recruitment or related people operations, with a focus on authentic engagement and cross-department collaboration.
