Job summary

CodeStore Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in India. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles, source candidates, and coordinate interviews to build a strong talent pipeline.

You will engage with stakeholders, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience, while maintaining recruitment reports and candidate records in the ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 1–3 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting IT and non-IT roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly for IT and non-IT roles, and possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
• Schedule and manage interview processes efficiently.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Negotiate salary, compensation, and joining dates with selected candidates.
• Prepare and release offer letters.
• Follow up with selected candidates until they join.
• Coordinate with HR for smooth onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
• Update and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support campus hiring and recruitment drives when required.

Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong sourcing and networking skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience hiring for IT roles such as .NET, Java, Node.js, React, QA, Azure, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Business Analyst, UI/UX, and Project Management is preferred.
• Experience recruiting for non-IT corporate roles is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred but not mandatory.
