Job summary

Michael Page leads end-to-end hiring for technology roles in a rapidly expanding India technology hub. You will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to build robust talent pipelines, manage offers, negotiate closures, and own the closing process.

You will mentor recruiters, drive delivery, and support the expansion of the India hub while collaborating with global stakeholders across time zones to meet high-growth hiring targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology recruitment experience (SaaS).
• Proven track record in niche technology hiring.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders globally.
• Strong market mapping and talent intelligence capabilities.
• Skilled in offer negotiations, approvals and closures.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Experience leading teams and scaling hiring operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
