Job summary

Ciel HR in Pune is seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive talent acquisition, PMS, and development in a manufacturing setup. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, and employee engagement across plant and support functions.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in HR, with hands-on experience in core HR, recruitment, performance management, and training. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management, is essential.

Qualifications

• MBA/MSW in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in Core HR, Recruitment, PMS, and Training & Development.
• Proficient with MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and support functions.

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and support functions.
• Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.
• Source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and onboard candidates.
• Ensure timely hiring and a smooth candidate experience.

Performance Management

• Drive the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, mid-year and annual performance reviews.
• Coordinate appraisal cycles and performance calibration.
• Support managers in employee development and performance improvement initiatives.

Learning & Development

• Identify training needs through performance reviews and competency mapping.
• Organize technical, behavioral, and leadership training programs.
• Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and employee development.

Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute employee engagement and recognition programs.
• Handle employee grievances and promote a positive work environment.
• Support employee retention initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile
