Job summary

Sova Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the hiring lifecycle—from sourcing top talent to ensuring a smooth joining experience. You’ll partner with hiring managers across functions to scale high-performing teams in a fast-paced startup.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of recruitment experience, with preference for HealthTech, SaaS, or consumer tech environments, and hands-on ATS usage. You’ll engage with founders and HR leadership to build scalable processes and lead

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
• Experience hiring in a startup, HealthTech, SaaS, or consumer tech environment is preferred.
• Strong track record of managing both bulk and specialized hiring.
• Confident in independently evaluating candidates during screening calls.
• Hands-on experience with any Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across business, tech, and support functions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other creative channels.
• Conduct first-level screening interviews to assess role fit, communication, and culture alignment.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Drive offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining closures.
• Maintain accurate hiring data and ATS hygiene.
• Partner with HODs to understand hiring needs and improve recruitment processes.
• Manage 10–15+ monthly closures across both volume and niche hiring.
