Job summary

Sova Health, India’s fast-growing precision gut-health startup, seeks an Associate Product Manager to own product workflows across CRM, automation, IVR, WhatsApp, and customer journeys. You will work closely with the founder to build scrappy MVPs, scale operations, and drive product execution in a high-energy environment.

The role requires 2+ years in Product, Growth, or CRM roles, with hands-on CRM experience (LeadSquared preferred) and strong API understanding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Product, Growth, CRM, or Automation roles.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (LeadSquared preferred).
• Understanding of APIs and ability to work with JSON payloads.
• WhatsApp automation/campaign execution experience is mandatory.
• Experience with n8n, Exotel, or IVR systems is a strong plus.
• Exposure to D2C / Shopify brands is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap execution across CRM, internal tools, and user journeys.
• Translate business requirements into PRDs, user stories, flows, and wireframes.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, CX, and marketing to meet timelines.
• Manage and optimize lead funnels, automations, and workflows.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, stage transitions, and end-to-end automations.
• Build automation flows using n8n or similar tools and integrate APIs.

We are now hiring an Associate Product Manager who can build systems, scale operations, and own product execution across CRM, automations, IVR, WhatsApp, and customer journeys.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for driving product workflows across CRM, call systems, and internal tooling. This role requires someone who understands APIs, can build scrappy MVPs, love automations, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

• Own product roadmap execution across CRM, internal tools, and user journeys.
• Translate business requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, flows, and wireframes.
• Work closely with engineering (external), operations, CX, and marketing teams to deliver on timelines.

CRM & Lead Management

• Manage and optimize lead funnels, automations, and workflows (Zoconut and LeadSquared preferred).
• Maintain CRM hygiene, stage transitions, and automations end-to-end.
• Solve operational issues around routing, lead duplication, task creation, and notifications.

Automation & API Integrations

• Build automation flows using N8N (preferred) or similar tools.
• Understand API payloads, headers, endpoints, and webhook integrations.
• Create lightweight scripts/tools when needed.

Call & IVR Systems

• Experience with Exotel, call routing, IVR setup, and call analytics is a plus.
• Manage inbound/outbound call workflows with the CX & Sales teams.

D2C & Shopify Ecosystem

• Experience working with D2C or Shopify stores is a strong plus.
• Understanding of checkout flows, subscription logic, and post-purchase journeys is beneficial.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Product, Growth, CRM, or Automation roles.

• Ability to work directly with founders and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
