Job summary

Sova Health, a leading D2C preventive healthcare company in India, seeks a senior technical leader to design and build Sova's internal platform from scratch. This is not a traditional Product Owner role; the ideal candidate combines software engineering depth, database architecture expertise, product thinking and leadership to scale technology for the next 5–10 years.

You will lead the design of unified CRM and patient journey platforms, EMR workflows, and an AI-ready diagnostics data platform,

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of software engineering, architecture, data engineering or platform engineering.
• Prior roles such as Technical Lead, Solutions Architect, Engineering Lead or Database Architect.
• Experience building internal platforms or operational systems from 0→1.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Experience working in high-growth startup environments.

We are looking for a senior technical leader to design and build Sova's internal platform
from scratch. This is not a traditional Product Owner role. The ideal candidate combines
software engineering depth, database architecture expertise, product thinking and
leadership skills to build technology that will scale for the next 5-10 years.

What You'll Build

• Unified CRM and patient journey platform
• Clinical operations and EMR workflows
• Diagnostics data platform (microbiome, blood tests, food logs, wearable data
• AI-ready infrastructure for research, analytics and ML deployment

Key Responsibilities

• Design Sova's long-term systems and database architecture.
