Job summary

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer in Bengaluru to own end-to-end development of ServiceNow solutions. You will design, build, and optimize ITSM and related modules, leveraging Flow Designer and IntegrationHub, while integrating REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server to deliver scalable outcomes.

You will mentor junior developers, participate in upgrade activities, and collaborate with architects and stakeholders in an Agile setting to ensure robust implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills (server-side & client-side).
• Solid ITSM experience (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
• Hands-on with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, security, and performance tuning.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality, scalable, secure, and performant implementations.
• Conduct code reviews, reduce technical debt, and follow best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge.

The role requires deep technical expertise, end-to-end ownership of development, and the ability to work closely with architects and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, security, and performance tuning.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Certifications

• Mandatory: ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CAD
• Preferred: CIS (ITSM/SPM), ITIL 4

Nice to Have

• Experience with CMDB/CSDM, Discovery, Domain Separation
• Enterprise or large-scale implementation experience
