BlueBrix is hiring a hands-on System Engineer to run our on-premises infrastructure and support employees in Kochi, Kerala. You will administer Windows and Linux servers, AD, DNS/DHCP, and manage virtualization, storage, backups, and security updates.

You will troubleshoot server, network and application issues, coordinate with vendors, and provide end-user support for hardware, software, M365/Outlook, and MFA. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in system administration or infrastructure support.
• Strong Windows Server and AD skills, with working knowledge of Linux.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls and DNS troubleshooting.
• Experience with backup tools, monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Good communication skills and patience with non-technical users.
• Degree or diploma in CS/IT, or equivalent experience.

BlueBrix is a healthcare IT company. We build an EHR product and provide RCM services to US clients. We’re hiring a hands-on System Engineer to run our on-premises infrastructure and support our employees.

What you’ll do

• Apply patches and security updates, and maintain endpoint protection and access controls
