Job summary

• 8+ years of experience in Windows Server & On-Premises Infrastructure.
• Expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, M365, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, Terminal Server and server administration.
• Experience with storage, backup, monitoring tools, and data center environments.
• Experience handling overseas/international clients.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server environments including upgrades, patching, migrations and troubleshooting.
• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), GPOs, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, FSMO roles.
• Manage M365 administration, Hyper‑V virtualization, VM lifecycle and performance optimization.
• Manage and support Terminal Server (Remote Desktop Services) environments.
• Support server hardware, SAN/NAS storage, backup solutions, and data center operations.
• Monitor infrastructure using tools like PRTG, N-Central, or similar platforms.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Support basic networking activities including TCP/IP, VLANs, and switching concepts.
• Handle and support overseas/international clients, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
