Job summary

Jade Global is seeking an experienced Oracle SCM specialist to lead and support global ERP implementations. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deploy Oracle SCM solutions, including Inventory, WMS, P2P, Order to Cash, and planning modules.

Strong problem solving and documentation skills are essential. The role requires 10+ years of Oracle SCM experience, certifications, and the ability to work independently with clients and senior management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience implementing and supporting Oracle SCM applications.
• Experience with majority of the following processes and modules: Logistics (Inventory, Warehouse Management, Costing, VMI, Consigned inventory), P2P (Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal), OTC (Order Management, Pricing, Scheduling, Global Order Promising, Reverse Logistics), Plan to Build (Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, PLM, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP).
• Lead and participate in full lifecycle implementations of Oracle SCM modules (design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support).
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and customize Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Pricing, and Logistics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Perform data migrations, interfaces, and reporting requirements.
• Drive process improvements and recommend best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and provide functional guidance.
• Ensure documentation of business processes, configurations, and solutions.
• Experience in at least 23 full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong knowledge of business processes in supply chain domains.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
