Job summary

Sasvat Infotech is seeking a System Engineer to provide escalated technical support and maintain IT environment stability. The role covers Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, and Office 365, with a focus on complex issue resolution and system maintenance.

You will collaborate with the team, participate in root cause analysis, and mentor junior engineers while keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies. Rotational shifts and on-site work in Vadodara are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk role.
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, Storage (SAN/NAS), Windows Server, Citrix, DHCP, and Office 365.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Customer-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
• Experience in documenting procedures, troubleshooting steps, and solutions
• Relevant IT certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, VCP, or equivalent are preferred
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide occasional off-hours support.
