Rysun Labs seeks an experienced System Support Engineer / System Administrator to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues across identity, devices, email, OS, networking, virtualization, hardware and ITSM tools.

The role requires ownership, analytical skills, and collaboration with the team to maintain AD, Intune, Exchange, VMware, and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• 48 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / System Support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, Intune, Exchange.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, macOS, Networking, VMware, and Hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience working in enterprise IT environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory (On-Prem & Hybrid).
• Handle users, groups, OUs, GPOs, authentication and account lockouts.
• Troubleshoot AD replication, DNS, and hybrid sync with Entra ID.
• Troubleshoot device enrolment, compliance, and policy deployment (Intune).
• Support Windows Autopilot provisioning.
• Manage application deployment and CA issues.
• Support Exchange Online and/or On-Prem Exchange.
• Troubleshoot mail flow, mailbox access, permissions, and Outlook issues.
• Work with MX, SPF, DKIM, and spam filtering policies.
• Administer Windows Server, Windows 10/11, Linux, and macOS.
• Perform patching, performance troubleshooting, and service management.
• Resolve OS-level incidents (CPU, memory, disk, boot).
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi issues.
• Work with firewalls, routers, switches, and access points.
• Support DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, and VLAN configurations.
• Manage and troubleshoot VMware ESXi and vCenter.
• Handle VM provisioning, snapshots, and performance issues.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, and server hardware issues.
• Coordinate with OEM/vendor support.
• Work with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, SysAid, Jira, Freshservice).
• Own incidents, perform RCA, and manage escalations.
• Adhere to SLA, ITIL processes, and operational standards.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced System Support Engineer / System Administrator who can independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across identity, endpoint management, email, operating systems, networking, virtualization, hardware, and ITSM tools. The role requires strong ownership, analytical skills, and collaboration with team.

Key Responsibility

Active Directory & Identity

• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory (On-Prem & Hybrid)
• Handle users, groups, OUs, GPOs, authentication and account lockouts
• Troubleshoot AD replication, DNS, and hybrid sync with Entra ID

Endpoint Management (Microsoft Intune)

• Troubleshoot device enrolment, compliance, and policy deployment
• Support Windows Autopilot provisioning
• Manage application deployment and Conditional Access issues

Email & Collaboration (Exchange)

• Support Exchange Online and/or On-Prem Exchange
• Troubleshoot mail flow, mailbox access, permissions, and Outlook issues
• Work with MX, SPF, DKIM, and spam filtering policies

Operating System Administration

• Administer Windows Server, Windows 10/11, Linux, and macOS
• Perform patching, performance troubleshooting, and service management
• Resolve OS-level incidents related to CPU, memory, disk, and boot failures

Network Administration

• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi issues
• Work with firewalls, routers, switches, and access points
• Support DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, and VLAN configurations

Virtualization (VMware)

• Manage and troubleshoot VMware ESXi and vCenter
• Handle VM provisioning, snapshots, and performance issues

Hardware Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, and server hardware issues
• Coordinate with OEM/vendor support when required

ITSM & Operations

• Work with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, SysAid, Jira, Freshservice, etc.)
• Own incidents, perform RCA, and manage escalations
• Adhere to SLA, ITIL processes, and operational standards

Good to have

• Knowledge of Cloud Technology like AWS, Azure, GCP
• Relevant certification in any of the Technology domain
