About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Systems Engineer to manage and support our IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our systems. This role involves advanced system administration, architecture planning, troubleshooting, and contributing to the strategic direction of the IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems including servers, storage, and network infrastructure
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and optimal reliability
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Implement and maintain security best practices, including backups, disaster recovery, and access control
• Perform system upgrades and apply patches to maintain up-to-date and secure environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure requirements for ongoing and new projects
• Create and maintain documentation related to systems, configurations, and procedures
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support teams
• Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning to ensure scalability
• Stay current with industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency
• Any other responsibilities as deemed fit by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure management, or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments

• Familiarity with networking, firewalls, DNS, and security protocols
