Magnamious is seeking a hands-on System Administrator with strong Microsoft infrastructure, virtualization, and email system expertise in enterprise IT environments. Immediate or short notice is preferred, and the candidate will work in Mumbai, handling AD, Exchange, Hyper-V, VMware, and related server operations.

The role emphasizes deployment, migrations, upgrades, and robust troubleshooting across Windows Server ecosystems, with a focus on hybrid Office 365 and secure email delivery.

• Deep expertise in Active Directory deployment, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Office 365 hybrid Exchange infrastructure and email systems.

Mansioni

• Manage Active Directory deployments, migrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain Office 365 hybrid Exchange infrastructure and email systems.
• Deploy and troubleshoot Exchange Server 2016/2019/SE and CU upgrades.
• Coordinate email migration using Quest ODM or BitTitan tools.
• Ensure anti-spam, SPF, and DKIM configuration and monitoring.
• Administer Hyper-V with Failover Clustering, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Install and troubleshoot VMware environments.
• Oversee server OS deployment, troubleshooting, and RAID configuration.
• Provide strong team management and coordination.

• Strong Active Directory L2 experience deployment, migration, upgrades & advanced troubleshooting
• Office 365 L2 Support & Hybrid Exchange infrastructure
• Experience with Exchange Server 2016/2019/SE, deployment, CU upgrades & troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Quest ODM / BitTitan for email migration
• Strong understanding of Anti-Spam, SPF & DKIM
