Axis My India is looking for a trainer/coach to mentor field surveyors and supervisors across the North Zone. The role focuses on coaching for data collection quality, conducting field training, and ensuring adherence to policies. Candidates should have 3+ years of fieldwork experience and be fluent in Hindi and English.

Location is entire North Zone with office-based work and potential weekend flexibility. Competitive salary plus health insurance is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum graduate with training certifications from reputed institute.
• Should speak Hindi and English.
• Should be open to travel across India.

• 3+ years of experience in fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, train and supervise field surveyors and supervisors to ensure high-quality data collection.
• Identify training needs and deliver timely coaching aligned with company targets.
• Train surveyors to conduct door-to-door interviews and field demos effectively.
• Monitor daily team performance and provide feedback to head office.
• Develop coaching programs and document data for audits and reference.
