Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting Windows Desktop Systems and Printers.
• Involved in installation, configuring and administration of users, groups, creation/deletion.
• Maintenance anti-virus server and various upgradations.
• Maintained assets& computer systems records by maintaining and updating the inventory of theavailable assets by internal audits, allotting systems to users, analyzed new hardware requirements, etc.
• Installing OS(Linux, Win 10) & software's as per requirement.
• Responsible to monitor all escalated & pending call and resolve with in defined SLA.
• Expert in Active Directory, Firewall management.
• Good Knowledge of Office 365 and Exchange.
• Need hands-on experience on Windows OS-11, 10 Systems.
• Technical support to end point users related to Hardware / Software related issues.
• System maintenance on hardware products, good Knowledge on Network troubleshooting: DNS, DHCP, WAN, LAN, TCP/IP.
• Secure data backups of endpoint users and servers.
• Good knowledge of CRM software.
