Sutherland is hiring for International blended support in India, Maharashtra. The role involves handling inbound calls and chats about orders and deliveries, helping customers with issues like damaged or delayed products, and providing accurate updates on orders, returns, refunds, and replacements.

You will work to maintain quality and meet performance metrics in a US night shift. Freshers are welcome, with excellent communication skills (B2 level).

Salary :

18k inhand

3500 travel allowance

Eligibility:

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills (B2 level).
• HSC/Graduate (as per process eligibility).

Shift & Working Days:

• 5 days working
• 2 rotational weekly offs
• US shift (Night Shift)
