Job summary

Integrated Personnel Services Limited in Gujarat is seeking a Surveyor to join our team for high-voltage transmission line and substation projects. The candidate will conduct route alignment surveys, tower spotting, and ROW analyses on 400kV/765kV AIS/GIS assignments.

The role requires 5–8 years of field surveying experience, with a focus on boundary verification, layout setting-out, and establishing grid lines and benchmarks on-site. Gujarat-based applicants preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of surveying experience.
• Experience with transmission line projects (400kV / 765kV).
• Location: Gujarat, India.

Responsibilities

• Route Alignment & Profiling: Conduct reconnaissance, preliminary, and final route alignment surveys, capturing longitudinal profiles and cross-sections.
• Tower Spotting & Pegging: Perform tower location spotting based on profile sheets, sag calculations, and ground clearances, followed by center-line pegging and stub setting.
• Special Crossings: Execute specialized verification surveys for power line, railway, highway, river, and pipeline crossings.
• Right-of-Way (ROW): Assist project teams in identifying ROW constraints, tree/structure encroachments, and route deviations.
• Boundary & Grading Surveys: Verify site boundaries, natural ground levels (NGL), and coordinate grading or terracing operations.
• Layout & Setting-Out: Execute layout markings for substation control rooms, transformer foundations, switchyard gantries, equipment supports, cable trenches, and internal roads.
• Grid Lines & Benchmarks: Establish primary grid lines and permanent reference benchmarks on-site.

Key Responsibilities

For Transmission Line Projects (400kV / 765kV)
