Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Trainer.
• Strong knowledge of HIM/Medical Coding - Surgery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to learn new concepts/processes.
• Experience handling fresher training.
• Experience handling certification training.
• Strong Surgery specialty knowledge.
• Experience with Surgery certification training.
• Knowledge of Denials and Denials certification training.
• AAPC or AHIMA certification is mandatory.

• Develop individual and group training programs based on operational requirements.
• Create training manuals and learning materials.
• Implement effective and result-oriented training methods.
