Job description

Looking for candidates with 10 +years of work experience in Medical Coding Training, preferably experienced Auditors /QA’s with training capabilities.

Basic Requirements:

• Must be certified (CPC/CCS/COC/CIC, etc.) from AAPC or AHIMA
• Strong knowledge on Human Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology
• Well-versed with all the ICD-10-CM Guidelines
• Complete knowledge on CPT, Modifiers, HCPCS Level II codes.
• Capable of handling 30-75 trainees at the same time.
• Must be adaptable to changes.
• Conducting assessments to provide feedback to the trainees.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of training programmes, ensuring that the transfer of knowledge meets the organization's objectives.
• Proficiency at researching and solving problems related to coding
• Hands-on experience in designing training modules, education materials, test papers for freshers as well as for experienced coders and evaluating the outcomes of training sessions.
• Must be tech-savvy in implementing LMS and other automated software.
• Willing to travel and stay at different locations of Eclat offices as per business requirements.
