Starworth Global Soluitons is seeking a skilled Medical Coder specialized in surgery and E/M to join our team in Chennai, India. You will perform accurate medical coding for surgical procedures and IP E/M, including same-day cases, ensuring compliance with guidelines and industry standards.

Ideal candidates hold CPC/CIC/CCS/COC certification and at least an undergraduate degree, with strong analytical and communication skills to manage denials and provide precise documentation across specialties.

Qualifications

• Mandatory CPC, CIC, CCS, or COC certification.
• Undergraduate degree (Any Graduate).

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate medical coding for surgical procedures and IP E/M.
• Code same‑day surgical cases in line with coding guidelines.
• Code cases across multiple specialties including IP DRG/IVR, Surgery/General Surgery/SDS, Multispecialty Denials, E&M (IP/OP) including neuro, and ED Profee/ED Facility.
• Ensure coding accuracy, productivity, and compliance with industry standards.
