Surgery Coder - Outpatient Surgery Coding - CPC Certified - 3+ Years is a role to join a leading global healthcare services organization in Pan India. You will perform accurate CPT and E&M coding for outpatient cases, with emphasis on quality and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include reviewing coding for multiple specialties, maintaining productivity logs, and ensuring HIPAA/OIG compliance while delivering timely, error-free coding support to clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-specialty outpatient surgery coding experience.
• CPC certification is mandatory.
• Experience in APC Facility Coding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Code outpatient surgery cases across specialties, including IVR and General Surgery.
• Review coding quality per SOPs and client guidelines.
• Meet quality and productivity targets via CPT coding and documentation review.
• Maintain productivity and clarification logs; resolve queries.
• Ensure HIPAA, OIG compliance and uphold quality standards.

Are you an experienced Surgery Coder with expertise in Outpatient Surgery, IVR, General Surgery, and E&M Coding? We are looking for CPC-certified professionals who can deliver accurate coding while ensuring quality and compliance in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Performing accurate coding for multi-specialty outpatient surgery cases, including IVR and General Surgery.
• Reviewing coding quality while adhering to SOPs, client guidelines, and coding standards.
• Achieving quality and productivity targets through accurate CPT coding and documentation review.
• Maintaining productivity logs, clarification logs, and resolving coding-related queries promptly.
• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, OIG regulations, and organizational quality standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Multi-Specialty Outpatient Surgery Coding.
• Strong expertise in CPT Coding, E&M Coding (ED Facility & IP E&M), IVR, and General Surgery.
• Active CPC certification is mandatory.
• Experience in APC Facility Coding will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of anatomy, medical terminology, analytical skills, and excellent communication.
