Job summary

FarmDidi is seeking a Supply Chain Management Executive to own end-to-end operations from procurement to delivery, plan requirements, and collaborate with banks, NGOs, and vendors. The role emphasizes data analysis, process improvements, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced FMCG setting.

Candidate should have 1–3 years in supply chain operations, a degree in SCM/Operations, and strong Excel/ERP skills. Pune-based role with potential ESOPs and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration or related field.
  • MBA in Operations / Supply Chain Management is a plus.
  • 1–3 years in supply chain, production planning, procurement or operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement to delivery.
  • Plan supply requirements to ensure uninterrupted materials availability.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, production, warehouses and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor stock levels and replenishment to avoid stock-outs.
  • Support production planning and material availability.
  • Analyze data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with banks, NGOs, SHGs, FPOs as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Track key metrics and prepare regular reports.
  • Drive process improvements for efficiency and scalability.

Work timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM | Alternate Saturdays off

What you will own
  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, production, inventory and distribution
  • Plan and monitor supply requirements to ensure uninterrupted availability of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, production teams, warehouse teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movement and replenishment to minimise stock-outs and excess inventory
  • Support production planning and ensure timely availability of required materials
  • Analyse supply chain data and identify gaps, delays, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, NGOs, SHGs, FPOs and other external stakeholders as required
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners and other stakeholders
  • Track key supply chain and operational metrics and prepare regular reports and dashboards
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions
  • Drive process improvements to make supply chain operations more efficient, reliable and scalable
What we are looking for:
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
  • MBA in Operations / Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage
Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, procurement, or operations
  • Experience working with Banks, NGOs, SHGs, or FPOs is preferred
Technical & Functional Skills
  • Strong understanding of banking, financing, and supply chain management
  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with numbers and data
  • Experience coordinating with banks and financial institutions
  • Strong understanding of FMCG supply chain and operational processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is an added advantage
Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external partners
Leadership & Soft Skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges
