Job summary

GrowthJockey is seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Operations Executive to manage end-to-end logistics from factory dispatch to customer doorstep in our fast-paced D2C setup. You will own first-mile coordination, warehouse operations, and last-mile delivery support with 3PL partners.

You will monitor stock levels in our FCs, track POs, assist procurement, support demand planning, and prepare daily/weekly reports while ensuring SOP and SLA compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics concepts.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Domain e.g. google sheet, Excel, PPT etc
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• First Mile & Procurement: Coordinate factory dispatches and track purchases; assist in vendor procurement.
• Inventory & Warehouse: Monitor stock levels across facilities; support demand planning and replenishment.
• Last Mile & 3PL Coordination: Manage order dispatches; coordinate with 3PL for on-time deliveries; handle returns.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare daily/weekly reports; maintain PO/invoice/delivery docs; ensure SOPs and SLAs compliance.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Executive to manage end-to-end logistics — from factory dispatch to customer doorstep. You will own first-mile coordination, warehouse operations, and last-mile delivery support with our 3PL partners.

Key Responsibilities

a. First Mile & Procurement

• Coordinate factory dispatches and ensure timely movement of finished goods to warehouses.
• Track purchase orders and assist in vendor procurement for raw materials and packaging.

b. Inventory & Warehouse

• Monitor stock levels across FCs and maintain accurate inventory records via Excel/ERP.
• Support demand planning and replenishment to prevent stockouts.

c. Last Mile & 3PL Coordination

• Manage order dispatches and coordinate with 3PL partners for on-time customer deliveries.
• Track shipments, resolve transit delays, and handle reverse logistics (returns).

d. Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on inventory, dispatch, and delivery performance.
• Maintain PO, invoice, and delivery documentation.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and marketplace SLAs.
