Job summary

Thingbits Limited in Mumbai is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Lead to own end-to-end logistics. You will manage day-to-day warehouse activities, courier partnerships, and inbound import logistics to meet tight SLAs and customer commitments.

You will drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, optimize fulfillment cost per order, and lead a small warehouse team as order volumes grow. This role collaborates with purchasing and support to keep promises to customers.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch SLAs
• Manage courier partners, rate negotiations, and performance on delivery times, RTO rates, and claims
• Own inbound logistics for import shipments: freight forwarders, customs clearance, and delivery scheduling
• Keep inventory accurate through cycle counts and shrinkage control
• Improve processes as order volume grows, and hire and lead warehouse staff
• Report on dispatch SLA, delivery TAT, RTO, and fulfilment cost per order

Job description

Orders placed by 2 PM should leave the building the same day. Import shipments should clear customs without surprises. Stock counts should match the system. Making all three true, week after week, is this role.
