Job summary

Thingbits Ltd is seeking a capable warehouse operations lead to own day-to-day activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch, ensuring SLAs are met. You will manage courier partners, negotiate rates and monitor delivery performance while owning inbound logistics for imports—freight forwarders, customs clearance, and scheduling.

You will keep inventory accurate through cycle counts and shrinkage control, and drive process improvements as order volumes grow.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing warehouse day-to-day operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ability to manage courier partners, negotiate rates, and monitor delivery performance.
• Handled inbound logistics for imports including freight forwarders, customs clearance, and scheduling.
• Maintained inventory accuracy through cycle counts and shrinkage control.
• Proven ability to improve processes as volumes grow and to hire/lead warehouse staff.
• Strong reporting on dispatch SLA, delivery TAT, RTO and fulfilment costs.

Responsibilities

Job description

Orders placed by 2 PM should leave the building the same day. Import shipments should clear customs without surprises. Stock counts should match the system. Making all three true, week after week, is this role.

You will own warehouse operations, courier partnerships, and inbound logistics, working closely with purchasing and support to keep the promises we make to customers.

Run day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch SLAs

Manage courier partners, rate negotiations, and performance on delivery times, RTO rates, and claims

Own inbound logistics for import shipments: freight forwarders, customs clearance, and delivery scheduling
