Job summary

PERSOL in Delhi is seeking an experienced logistics professional to manage end-to-end inbound, warehouse, and outbound operations. You will align master data, planning, and order fulfillment with sales and product launches.

The role requires coordinating with customs, BIS, DGFT, 3PL partners, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, accuracy, and compliance, while driving process improvements and better customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Inbound: Manage product master data, pricing, classification, and PO creation; Inbound flow from international suppliers through customs to warehouse receipt; Regulatory coordination with Customs, BIS, DGFT, 3PL, suppliers; Monitor inbound logistics performance with reports and KPI analysis.
• Warehouse: Oversee inventory accuracy, resolve shortages, damages, excess stock, returns and quality issues; Ensure compliance with VAS and inventory processes; Maintain communication with warehouse team for smooth flow and timely resolution.
• Outbound & Order Management: Manage customer orders, allocations, and processing; Coordinate fulfillment, shipping docs, transportation, and delivery with warehouse and customers; Monitor status, payments, exceptions, and delivery risks; Build cross-functional relationships to improve service and efficiency.

Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Inbound Operations

• Manage product master data, pricing, HSN classification, and purchase order creation in the system.
• Coordinate end-to-end inbound flow from international suppliers through customs/FTWZ clearance to warehouse receipt, ensuring timely availability against sales and launch plans.
• Close cooperation with Customs, BIS, DGFT, 3PL provider, and factories/suppliers to maintain regulatory compliance, leverage trade agreements, and resolve shipment issues, discrepancies, or delays.
• Monitor inbound logistics performance through reporting, KPI analysis, and process improvements

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee inventory accuracy and resolution of shortages, damages, excess stock, quality issues, and returns in collaboration with warehouse and Sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with operational requirements, value-added services (VAS), and inventory management processes while supporting continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Maintain effective communication with warehouse team to ensure smooth product flow and timely issue resolution

Outbound Operations & Order Management

• Manage customer sales orders, inventory allocations, and order processing activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to service levels and business deadlines.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, shipping documentation, transportation, and delivery activities with warehouse, transport, and customers to ensure on-time execution.
• Proactively monitor order status, customer payments, exceptions, and delivery risks while providing timely communication and resolution of operational issues.
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships and drive cross-functional collaboration to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and service performance.
