Job summary

Kayura Effect is seeking an Executive Supply Chain/Logistics to manage end-to-end movement of goods from procurement through to dispatch. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
• Liaise with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and courier/transport vendors for domestic and export shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock reconciliation with the warehouse team.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, export documents as applicable).
• Track purchase orders and follow up with vendors/suppliers on delivery timelines.
• Monitor stock levels and flag reorder requirements to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Support cost tracking and negotiate freight/logistics rates where required.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchase, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order-to-delivery flow.
• Maintain MIS/trackers for shipments, inventory, and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory documentation for domestic and international logistics.
• Identify and flag process gaps or delays, and suggest improvements.
• Travel to manufacturing units/plants (domestic and international, as required) for quality checks, coordination, and process visibility.
