Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Plan demand and supply based on centre consumption, stock, indents and needs.
  • Coordinate procurement, stock availability and material movement.
  • Manage warehouse operations: receipt, storage, stock issue, transfer and distribution.
  • Monitor medicines, reagents, consumables for stock levels, expiry and storage.
  • Coordinate GRN, inward/outward documentation and stock reconciliation.
  • Manage material distribution to centres and minimise shortages or excess.
  • Coordinate with procurement, vendors, logistics, finance and cluster managers.
  • Monitor supply chain costs, wastage, stock ageing and efficiency.
  • Maintain supply chain MIS covering demand, stock, procurement status and reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with storage, handling, documentation and audits.
  • Identify supply risks and develop contingency measures for business continuity.
  • Review performance and implement process improvements based on KPIs.

Job description

Job Purpose

To manage the end-to-end supply chain for project, ensuring timely availability, storage and movement of medicines, reagents, consumables and other operational materials across centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan demand and supply requirements based on centre consumption, stock levels, indents and operational needs.
  • Coordinate procurement, inventory availability and material movement to ensure uninterrupted centre operations.
  • Manage warehouse/stores operations, including receipt, storage, stock issue, transfer and distribution of materials.
  • Monitor medicines, reagents, consumables and housekeeping supplies for stock levels, batch/expiry, storage conditions and movement.
  • Coordinate GRN, inward/outward documentation, stock reconciliation and physical verification with relevant teams.
  • Manage material distribution and logistics to ensure timely delivery to assigned centres and minimise shortages or excess stock.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Vendors, Logistics, Finance and Cluster Managers for supply-related requirements and issues.
  • Monitor supply chain costs, wastage, stock ageing and inventory efficiency and identify cost-control opportunities.
  • Maintain supply chain MIS covering demand, stock, procurement status, distribution, shortages, expiry and reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with approved storage, handling, documentation and inventory processes and support audits.
  • Identify supply risks and develop contingency measures to maintain business continuity.
  • Review supply chain performance and implement process improvements based on operational requirements and KPIs.
Qualification & Experience
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Pharmacy or a relevant field.
  • Relevant experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, hospital, diagnostics or healthcare supply chain operations.
